Gardner 8LX naturally aspirated driving a twin disc gearbox. Dry exhaust (new bellows) Gill ejector bilge pump -engine driven. Twin fuel tanks (1300 liters each) feeding a day tank through with Racor polishing filters. Alternator (24volt) charges through a voltage sensitive relay the domestic and dedicated engine batteries can be coupled if required.
oils and filters changed Dec 2018 boat slipped -anodes renewed October 2018 unused since , but started regularly .

Massively constructed -sawn oak frames -larch planking, fitted out to virtually a yacht standard and in very presentable condition - a go anywhere vessel to be very proud of.
Stroma has a good galley with a virtually unused Plastimo 2 burner grill and oven cooker, 2 sinks, an elderly counter top fridge and a microwave oven there is good galley stowage
Accomodation -the saloon is in Burr walnut laminate and has 2 day saloon seats /bunks and 2 upper bunks -the saloon seats can be used for sleeping as can the 2 in the wheelhouse. There is a large forepeak store in front of a collision bulkhead . a seperate heads compartment contains the basin and shower- the seatoilet is electric.
Engine room is walk in and full height - pictures explain more than words.
The wheel house is a great feature of the boat and offers virtually 360 degree vision - the canopy aft is removable but is ideal to leave wet gear and keeps the wheelhouse dry .
