Additional Information:

Beneteau Antares 710 Pilothouse first commissioned in 2000. Fitted with Yanmar 140hp Diesel with approximately 730 hours. This is a very robust 3.4 litre engine with no electronics and no cambelt to change hence very cheap to maintain! Electric anchor windlass with remote control from foredeck or inside wheelhouse. "Rocking" type stainless steel bow roller assembly gives self launching anchor. Separate enclosed heads compartment with pumped sea toilet. Galley with electric pressurised water to sink. Portable gas ring and fridge/coolbox. Dinette to seat 4 convertible to double bed. Pilot and co-pilot seats. Sliding patio type doors to large open deck area with massive storage locker under and 2 removable corner seats. Compact bracket on transom accepts either auxiliary outboard bracket or foldable hardwood swim platform. With these removed the overall boat length come in under 7 metres which makes a massive difference to mooring charges in many Marinas (incl MDL!)
These 710's have an unequalled amount of space and facilities for their size and rarely come up for sale. I know of no other examples currently on the market in UK. The boat has been well maintained with engine serviced and brand new prop fitted last autumn. She is berthed in Torquay and viewings are welcomed. Sea trials no problem for serious buyers.

DO NOT SEND MONEY TO SELLERS YOU CANNOT VERIFY AS GENUINE.

If possible, travel to view the boat or equipment yourself and only buy once you are happy with it.
