This is designed with a twin V berth forward open configuration, offering single berth or double berth with the infill forming a very large full length double berth.
The vessel has just completed a bespoke refit for comfort in 2023. A galley unit has been installed in the lower cabin with bowl and double gas hob on the port side. Starboard side is fitted out with a chart table, and the luxury of an electric heads unit
Access to helm dashboard electrics is from over the chart table.
An Inverter, lighting and additional electronic and electrical work was carried out by a local professional marine electrician
Inside the forward cabin it has lighting, mobile phone charging facilities, two open able hull port holes and overhead ventilation and escape hatch.
Cushions are in good condition. The cabin and wheel house offer plenty of storage space.
Two steps up into the enclosed wheelhouse with steering to starboard. Large fixed windows giving very good all round visibility.
The helm station is well laid out and equipped with good navigation electronics and main control station. New professional hydraulic seats were installed during this refit. Behind the helm position is a fishing rod rack.
On the port side there is a navigator’s hydraulic seat mounted with a storage locker under offering good access. The adjustable hydraulic seats provide very comfortable suspension absorbing wave shock protecting on sitting within. Two fans are mounted to ensure good air circulation in the cabin along with.

Cockpit:
Stepping though the solid stern cabin door one is central in the aft cockpit with high freeboard and wide gunwales with rails. The Engine is accessed under a lift up engine box. A new bespoke sink unit with gas locker storage under was installed against the port side aft cabin bulkhead.
The side hull door is mounted in the port side, and easy to remove. Closable scuppers on each side are included. Deck fittings are commercial grade in black powder coat.
The hull and decking is in grey with white cabin top. Wide side decks with solid rails access the large bow area. Solid black D fender protects the gunwales.
Challenger 27 Commercial Construction. This vessel was ordered for The Thames Police in 1996. At the time of delivery the order was cancelled by the department and vessel was then sold on by the Boston Whaler Agents “ Dorset Yachts” for private use.
