It is with real sadness that I offer my beloved coble, Glad Tidings (BH111), for sale. We purchased her just before COVID and began an extensive, sympathetic restoration that brought this remarkable vessel back to her former glory. Increasing work commitments over the last two years mean she now deserves an owner with the time to give her the continued care she merits. ** after a couple of years whilst I have been working abroad she now needs some tlc from a new owner, particularly around the stern transom planking and some new re-nailing – she is currently out of the water for full inspection at Royal Quays Marina, North Shields (by appointment only)We have dozens of photographs and videos documenting every stage of the restoration between 2020 and 2022, including:
