The boat is situated beside Glasson Dock at
the sailing club around the corner. it is kept on land on a trailer with the use of a JCB to launch it. The club is active with all amenities. The boat is four birth with the ability to stand up straight. The best bilge keels I have seen. I am in the process of changing the engine to a smaller one rather than depend on high current batteries to start it. Sails nearly new with no rips or repairs. There is the main sail ,roller reefing and spiniker. The spiniker is brand new not used. Stainless steel rigging, dingy, cooker with oven. I have replaced the trailer tyres and hubs this year to keep the trailer mobile.
Blackpool tower is visible from my boat and the tower lights can be seen in September. Handy for the lakes or bed and breakfast for Lancaster university.
