Well done conversion with good room and utility and quite a good sailing rig. I wanted a vessel to code for a sail cruising business. I bought this without viewing her or survey but sadly she is well short of my expectations. Still some utility left in her as a houseboat and or for pleasure use.


For Houseboat use be sure and thoroughly research the availability of a suitable long term berth.

I am more interested in the feasibility of your plans than the price and at 69 am happy to hand over to younger blood. I have added quite a few bits of ancillary equipment all of which I am happy to sell at reasonable prices or remove.
