New pistons, linners, ring bearings, water pump ETC. Presently rated at 195HP at 1800RPM, all heat exchangers and coolers fully refurbished. Complete with twin disc MG 509 shallow case gearbox 2.95-1 reduction. Fully rebuilt imported from the USA. All new fabricated engine and gearbox feet incorporating hydraulic power take off front end of crank, with hydrap IM2 Clutch unit for hydraulics and second CAV alternator, deck wash bracketry built in.
Engine and gearbox fitted to heavy duty wheeled engine frame for running and moving around. All fan belt guards made to bolt on/off, ening e and geaebox cable brackets all made and fitted.
This engine was rebuilt as a spare engine to fit my Cygnus GM33 Trawler if ever needed so no expense spared. Change of plans puts this on the market for sale, more information avaliable on request.
Jabsco cooling pump fully overhauled and new pipework. Only done 2/3 hours runnung on test bed, avaliable for viewing in southampton.
