Enclosed wheelhouse, 3 berth, separate marine heads, two ring gas cooker, 12v fridge, 12v windlass (can be remotely controlled from wheelhouse or locally from foredeck), Bruce anchor + 10M of 8mm calibrated chain + 50m nylon. TV(!) which needs replacing (picture poor) but antenna and amp work fine. (I never use it!). Cobra VHF, Garmin GPSmap 278, echomap 75sv (new transducer), Lowrance Elite-5m, Raymarine autopilot S100 with remote, Kenwood radio/cd, remote control searchlight, LED deck and foredeck lighting (both new), cabin, heads and wheelhouse lighting.

Yanmar 4LHA-DTE 190hp with 1249 hrs from new. Cruise 15kts, max 20. New batteries 2022. Oil + filter change every year. New alternator + belt 2022.
Vetus twin fuel filters with change over + vacuum gauge. 246L aluminium fuel tank with WEMA hatches to each section for easy inspection and cleaning.(Tank emptied and cleaned this winter). New engine, prop & rudder anodes.

Comes with Mersea swallow tail trailer 2019 (brakes disconnected so "yard trailer" but otherwise good condition), 2018 Tohatsu 8hp, long shaft auxiliary on Douglas bracket (small nick on anti-cavitation plate) with two props.
Fresh water deck wash. After storage locker below deck, with access to steering gear.

Boat is ashore at present so easy access for inspection, engine can be run for demo (starts first time, every single time). Will be antifouled before launching with International Micron 350 - blue.
