Betina was built in 1959 by Gerrard Brothers of Arbroath as a creel boat to be used out of Anstruther, registered number KY212. She was sold to Newhaven (Scotland) in 1961, registered in Leith. In 1980 she went south to Newhaven (Sussex) & eventually ended up in Faversham Kent.
You will appreciate that she has much historical importance & it is our aim to see that she is restored back to a good condition.
