I acquired this vessel in part exchange for a much larger boat, fully intending to do the few little mainly cosmetic jobs that need attention in order to put her in tip top condition. As often happens i haven't found the time to do them, hence the price!!
I have done one trip from Falmouth around the Lizard to Penzance and back and was very impressed with the ease of handling and her sea keeping under sail and engine, despite some boisterous sea conditions.
The clever design makes her the most spacious, comfortable 28ft boat i have ever come across.
There are some leaks from the windows in the main saloon, the aft cabin and one in the saloon roof. The lining in the aft cabin is missing as is the cockpit table. The VHF antenna is broken and the fuel gauge doesn't work. There are some small scratches and minor chips to the gel-coat some of which have been poorly repaired,otherwise the hull and deck appear to be in good condition with no visible signs of osmosis. The engine runs sweetly and the hydraulic drive works well. she also has professionally made telescopic 3 piece alloy drying out legs which stow neatly under the cabin floor.
