The boat is a robustly constructed 14ft clinker launch, thought to have been built in the late 1970s by MacKay of Ayr.
The sale includes four 9ft sweeps.
An outboard engine could be fitted to the transom; in the past it went along well with 5hp.
The boat was originally used for the collection of marine biological specimens, but has not been used for many years and has been stored in an outbuilding. It has no trailer.
