The engine is located with in the bilge space beneath the forward end of the deck. A substantial engine box with raised hatch aft provide full access to the engine, gearbox and sterngland. Both the engine box and associated deck hatch are constructed of chequer plate alloy.
Perkins Sabre M225-TI marine diesel engine. 225hp Fitted new 1993.
