" STROLL ON" is a Moody 36, centre cockpit Sailing Yacht. She is 12.15 gross tonnes, with a 5ft draught fin keel. Generous 6' 2" below deck headroom. Built by Marine Projects (Plymouth), designed by Angus Primrose Construction in 1978 registered 1979. She is currently on the hard.
Fitted with a furling genoa and inmast mainsail - both in good condition. All winches are Lewmar : 2 Self tailing genoa winches. 1 halyard sheet winch and 1 self-tailing mainsail reefing winch. All rigging surveyed and sound 2 years ago, and virtually no sailing since then due to covid restrictions.
Full cockpit sprayhood/canopy. She is fitted with dinghy davits. (No dinghy available.) Fenders and mooring lines. Anti-fouling and anodes done September 2020.
A new calorifier was installed a year ago, alongside a new pressurised water system and there is a Webasto heater. The galley has a combi-microwave/oven/grill and an electric 2 burner hot plate. She is fitted with 3 electric radiators and a fan heater. It was intended to convert her to a fully electric sailing boat. NOTE ALL gas fittings/pipework have already been removed from the boat. The aft cabin has a 4 foot wide mattress (new last year).

Work needed: All windows could do with being replaced as they are (crazed), also hatches. The galley is partly stripped out, the space is still usable but needs working on. The saloon table was removed to create more living space. The forward heads toilet is there brand new but presently capped off. The shower works. "Stroll On" is a typical Moody, very sea kindly, a comfortable sailing cruiser and puts in good average times. She responds best in wind speeds of around 8 - 15 knots. This lovely boat needs a new lease of life, she will make an interesting and satisfying boat project for the right capable people.
