Operating from Exmouth the Rose Ann is one of the best known charter boats in the South West with a long history of fishing from the Channel Islands. Owned from new this is a chance to buy a completely professional working boat built and adapted by years of experience and rigorously maintained. The Wheelhouse seats 8 in comfort and has a galley area and a flushing sea toilet. There is a door on the port side for easy access, plenty of deck seating and an insulated fish box as well as a live bait box. She has an electric anchor winch and a jabsco deckwash.
