NEW survey this year, fire extinguisher and coastal flares. X2 new engine room battery’s and recent AGM battery’s x2 in bow. Bow and engine room are on separate isolated circuits. Antifouled and currently under ongoing maintenance until it is sold and light use. Ongoing maintenance may include some upgrades to various systems as I continue to use the boat until it sells. Engine starts first time. New pics will be added as any additional work is completed.

Believed to be unique 1/1 built by a shipwright for his own personal use meaning this vessel for her size is very well engineered and has many benefits of this. Lots of deck space and lots of internal space. Separate engine room with toilet and lots of space to maintain engine and running gear. Perkins 6.354 Diesel very economical going to a bog and warner velvet drive to 2/1 reduction gearbox. Hydraulic steering. Have sailed her in all weather including ruff seas and high wind. Boat does have a kitchen sink in bow fed from water container and 230v electrics, currently 50w solar going to batt1 engine room. 100w solar going to dual battery in bow. Boat does have wireless internet that can run from a sim card, and a remote dome CCTV that can be accessed remotely once router activated. Not used recently I would expect to work. This can be removed or left. Satnav, spare monitor, and small monitor. Ship to shore radio, electric bulge pump. This is a very dry boat for steel construction due to its design. Plastic 120lter fuel tank in engine room removable and serviceable. Very large steel fuel tank under wheel house. This has been decommissioned and partially cleaned. I see no reason this could not be recommissioned if anyone wanted to use the boat commercially or for longer range. I stopped using the large tank as I do not go far enough. Boat has a dry chimney exhaust. The boat will be sold as seen exclusively.

Boat can be beached as propeller is above grounding and boat has a very strong centre keel with smaller side keels. Boat has new Anodes.

Recent maintenance includes new thermostat, pump, full coolant flush “now running on comma premix exclusively.” Temp sender gauge, wires replaced for new. Painting etc is ongoing.
