Enclosed wheelhouse, 3 berth with all upholstery, separate marine heads, two ring gas cooker, 12v fridge, 12v windlass (can be remotely controlled from wheelhouse or locally from foredeck), Bruce anchor + 10M of 8mm calibrated chain + 50m nylon. TV(!) which needs replacing (picture poor) but antenna and amp work fine. (I never use it!).

Cruise 15kts, max 20. 2 new batteries 2022. Oil + filter change every year. New alternator + belt 2022.
Vetus twin fuel filters with change over + vacuum gauge. 246L aluminium fuel tank with WEMA hatches to each section for easy inspection and cleaning.
