Kelleys Hero IV is a very spacious south boats catamaran. She was built in 2010. Since owning her, we have had 2 new engines installed. And added a bait table, and put a new radar on. We have also added a heater. Walk around cabin. When the engines were installed, we had new shaft seals and cutlass bearings. New fittings to the strainers. new engine hoses etc. Side door on the starbord side, and a stern door on the starboard side. 2 ring gas hob. Seating inside and outside the cabin. one of the hulls was set up as a fish hold, and is capable of being washed down and pumped out. All safety gear is owned apart from the liferafts. 24v systems

The windows are tinted. Led deck lights on deck, Manual toilet on deck. Jabsco deck pump, and electric live bait pumps. 2 live bait tanks. 1 260l iceytek box. 2 live bait tanks.

Engine hours are: port 850.9 starboard 848.8, also regularly serviced. service records available.

Cruises comfortably at 1800 revs at around 17knots On sea trial after fitting the new engines, we got 29 knots from her, and she still had a bit to give. She is a very steady, and comfortable ride.

Both hulls have lots of room, there is a mattress in each side in the bow.
