This listing is for a 2005 Quicksilver 640
Pilothouse boat, perfect as a day/angling boat that is currently on a mooring at the Sovereign Harbour, Eastbourne. The mooring is NOT included in the sale. The boat is in cracking condition and has been well maintained and comes with a new Lowrance Elite FS9 chartplotter/sounder with a 3 in 1 transducer and a Simrad VHF radio, both fully working.

The engine is a 90hp Mercury Optimax, also 2005 and until recently was running like a dream.
The engine was serviced two months ago but unfortunately has now developed low compression in cylinder 1 which makes it stall periodically. Cylinders 2 & 3 have perfect compression. The engine starts again straight away but is going to need to be looked at or replaced with a newer model.
The price reflects the fact that the engine is
'spares or repair' as it is not running at 100%.
You can see from the photos that it is an excellent boat in lovely condition with lots of storage and rod holders etc. We aren't mechanically minded and as a result the boat needs to go to a new home as we have upgraded to a larger weekend vessel.
