I am a French EU citizen currently living and working in Norway, seeking a Fisherman / Deckhand position on a commercial fishing vessel.
I served for approximately 8 years in the French Foreign Legion (2e REP), gaining extensive experience in physically demanding environments, teamwork, discipline, safety procedures, leadership and working under pressure in difficult weather conditions.
I currently work in the Norwegian seafood processing industry, gaining practical experience in fish handling and processing.
I have completed STCW Basic Safety Training and hold valid Norwegian Seafarer Medical and UK ENG1 medical certificates.
I am physically fit, reliable, hardworking and ready to learn. I am interested in crab fishing vessels, trawlers and all other commercial fishing vessels. I am available for deck work, fishing operations and onboard fish processing.
I am currently based in Norway, available to join immediately and willing to travel or relocate anywhere in Norway for the right opportunity.
